NYCE Family Advocates
NYCE Family Advocates exists to ensure our New York State Christian schools maintain autonomy and freedom to follow Biblical authority in health, curriculum, enrollment and hiring practices. We are parents, administrators, teachers and pastors who support a family’s freedom to choose what is best for them.
Chair's Welcome
NYCE Family Advocates began with a couple of moms chatting over a cup of coffee, discussing the potential dangers of government overreach. Our primary goals were to ensure parents maintained the right to make medical choices for their children and for New York Christian schools to remain open and free. Our mission has since expanded to protect our Christian schools' freedom to maintain a Biblical worldview in all areas, including curriculum choices, hiring decisions, etc.
Our coalition grows daily, and we would love for you to JOIN US. Whether you are a parent, teacher, administrator, pastor, or lover of freedom, THANK YOU for all you do to keep our New York Christian schools open and free!
Mission
The mission of the NYCE Family Advocates is to actively safeguard parental and religious liberties that align with Biblical and constitutional principles which allow us to keep our Christian schools open and free.
Five Freedoms
Based on the rights that are endowed by God, as revealed to us by His Spirit and through the Bible, and which are protected by the Constitution of these United States of America, we declare and claim that the following freedoms are essential to the free exercise and expression of our core religious beliefs within our Christian schools:
